From signing up you are going to maximise your iDFitness experience over the next 12 weeks. You are joining the TLC Silver membership that includes 12 group PT sessions and 24 fitness classes across the 12 weeks, giving you a results focussed health and fitness experience.
Alongside this you will be getting a dedicated coach to create a bespoke nutrition and accountability plan.

We will then invite you down to us for an initial consultation so we can:
– Get your account registered
– Set up your booking app
– Take you through your first bioimpedance body composition scan
– Goal setting session
– Take you through how everything will work and book you in for your first session
