“iDFITNESS made running part of my life. I started as a total beginner and did my first 5K at Hyde Park in London. Now I’m training for Brighton Marathon!”

— Sarah, London

“Training online with a real UK coach gave me structure and motivation—my body feels super strong and resilient.”

— Chris, Manchester

This is perfect if you love what iDFITNESS stands for but:

You are not local enough to train in-person at an iDFITNESS site.

Your schedule makes regular class times or PT sessions hard to commit to.

You want iDFITNESS coaching and structure in a more budget-conscious format.

What you get:

Structured strength training plan built around 3 focused sessions per week.

Coaching cues and video demos so you can lift with confidence and better technique.

Progression over time to keep you getting stronger, not stuck at the same weights.

Messaging and check-ins for support, accountability and tweaks when life gets busy.

This is for people who are ready to train with intent – whether you are starting out, getting back after a layoff, or want the same principles used with athletes delivered in a simple, time-efficient online format.

Who you will be coached by?

Nick Collins

A strength and conditioning specialist with experience working across professional sport, with movie stars, athletes and the general population. Nick brings the same performance principles used with high-level clients into clear, practical programming you can follow wherever you train.

His background includes:

  • Coaching athletes to get stronger, faster and more resilient in their sport.
  • Preparing performers and movie clients to look and move their best on camera.
  • Helping everyday people and those rehabbing injuries build strength safely and confidently.

With Nick in your corner, you get a coach who understands performance, real life and long-term progress—not just short-term fixes.

Professional Background:

Nick has served as a professional strength & conditioning coach and sports massage therapist since 2007, working with professional athletes, footballers, movie stars, as well as the wider general population. He actively owns and operates iDFITNESS, a group personal training gym—remaining hands-on as a coach every day

Athletic Achievements:

Nick’s proudest achievement is completing the legendary 2012 GORE-TEX® Transalpine Run—an epic, eight-day team stage race across the Alps, covering roughly 320 km and over 15,000 m of elevation gain

Each day involved an average of 40 km and 1,900 m ascent, demanding relentless endurance, teamwork, and the ability to cross multiple alpine countries. Surmounting this challenge reflects Nick’s tenacity and resilience at the highest level of trail running.

Marathon du Mont-Blanc (2008)

He has also completed the Marathon du Mont-Blanc (2008), experiencing over 42 km and 2,515 m of mountainous elevation in one of the world’s toughest marathons. Nick’s road credentials include finishes at both the iconic Great North Run and Great South Run, showing his versatility across terrain and distance.

Supporting London Marathon Charity Runners
