The iDFitness ENERGISE class is an engaging HIIT-based circuit training session designed to challenge all fitness levels. This class incorporates a unique set-by-set scoring system that encourages individuals to push their limits and track their progress throughout the workout.
ENERGISE focuses on building aerobic capacity through a series of carefully structured exercises that blend strength and cardio components.
The scoring aspect of the class not only adds a competitive edge but also motivates participants to improve their performance with each session. By focusing on personal bests, individuals can see tangible results over time, making this class both rewarding and effective for enhancing overall endurance and strength.
The iDFitness DEFINE class is an upper body-focused workout . This class utilises weight training principles to enhance technique, increase muscle mass, and ensure that participants feel a satisfying workout in their “T-shirt muscles.”
Throughout the session, participants will engage in a variety of targeted exercises that emphasise the shoulders, arms, chest, and back, using dumbbells, barbells, bodyweight and resistance bands to build strength and definition.
The class is structured to promote proper form and technique, allowing individuals to maximise their results.
With a supportive atmosphere and expert instruction, the iDFitness DEFINE class not only aims to tone and sculpt the upper body but also confidence in lifting.
Our Friday night session!
You will engage in cardio exercises that elevate the heart rate without overwhelming the body (i.e. the central nervous system such as HiiT would do), complemented with strength training and flexibility/mobility. You’ll have the opportunity to push yourself if you choose to, or train at a level that is reflective of how you feel at the end of a working week. A full body workout that hits the spot.

While high-intensity training has its benefits, we also emphasise the importance of lower heart rate zones. These zones are essential for promoting long-term health and well-being.
