PULSE – Strength & Conditioning is a high-energy group class combining strength exercises and conditioning intervals to build muscle, boost fitness and burn calories in an inclusive, coach-led environment.

DEFINE – Strength & Tone is an upper body strength class targeting chest, back, shoulders and arms, abs, with expert coaching to build muscle, improve posture and boost confidence. Inclusive and technique-focused, this iDFITNESS class is ideal for all abilities
LIFT & RESTORE is a full body class blending mobility, light strength, cardio and recovery work to help you move better, reduce stiffness and feel energised. This inclusive iDFITNESS session is ideal alongside strength training or during rehab and deload weeks


This self-led cardio/Myzone session is designed to build your aerobic “engine” using mostly Zone 2 and some Zone 3 work over 50 minutes.
Unlike HIIT, these sessions keep your heart rate steady for longer, helping to reduce blood pressure, support cholesterol management, and improve overall cardio-respiratory health without leaving you wiped out.
