First Visit Breakdown

Step 1: Fitness Assessment

  • 30-minute consultation

Step 2: iDFITNESS Orientation

  • Guided gym tour

  • Understanding facility layout and the trial offering you are about to start

First Week Focus

  • Settling in – helping build your training schedule
  • Initial Training Sessions: 2-5 sessions with your coaching team depending on your trial
  • Nutrition set up

What is small group personal training?

Small group personal training is a shared and effective fitness approach that combines the benefits of personalised coaching with the fun of a small community. In these sessions, our coaches work closely with a small group of members, tailoring workouts to individual needs while generating a supportive group dynamic. It’s a perfect blend of individualised coaching and the shared energy of a like-minded community, making fitness both effective and enjoyable with our iDFitness touch.

How do I book my sessions?

Simply navigate to our booking app or your fitness hub, where you can conveniently schedule your preferred time slots.
With our 45 minute booking and cancellation window, we’ve created a system that helps you turn up.
Our system uses “grace credits,” allowing you to book sessions for both your current active training month and the following month.

Once you join, we’ll help you get everything set up.
