Opening hours

Join us for on-the-hour training sessions available from 6 am to 2 pm and then again from 4 pm to 9 pm, Monday through Friday.
Saturdays are 6am to 1pm.

How long are the sessions?

Each session starts on the hour and last for 50 minutes. You can turn up early and enjoy a coffee with us.

I haven’t been to a gym before

How do I book my sessions?

Booking your sessions, by design is very simple. Simply navigate to our user-friendly booking app or your exclusive fitness hub, where you can conveniently schedule your preferred time slots.
With our 45 minute booking and cancellation window, we’ve created a system that helps you turn up. Once you join, we’ll help you get everything set up.

How long in advance can I book sessions?

Our system introduces “grace credits,” allowing you to book sessions for both your current active training month and the following month. With the flexibility of grace credits, you can effortlessly maintain your commitment to regular training, making it easier to plan and prioritise your wellness journey.
